    For addressing issues of the mind, body or spirit. Working with the fluid tide as well as the tissue and membrane system often resolves physical and emotional issues in a very swift and direct approach.
      Specializing in injury recovery form accidents, trauma and addictions. Treatments for low back, neck, and hip pain have been efffective in just a couple of sessions.
      The following is a partial list of issues that have been helped considerably: anxiety, hyper-activity, neck injury, sciatica, whiplash, nervous tension and stress.

     Polarity Therapy is an art and science of balancing the energetic-forces within the body.
Polarity is a comprehensive healing art that includes light, firm or deep acupressure, stretching,
yoga, diet, nutrition and communication skills. This energy medicine healing art promotes well
being by restoring the natural balance and healing potential of the body.

     Aromatherapy Oils and products through the International Aromatherapy and Tutors Association are available. Oils are English and regarded highly for there pure essence. During the bodywork sessions aromatherapy oils are diffused and provide a very wonderful and stimulating experience.
Note: Essential oils at Awakenings Holistic are available to practitioners.
Products available include: Cell food and cell food jell.
